All in-stock and ready to ship items are delivered within 7-10 days in India. 

In case the item(s) you have purchased is not ready to ship, you will be informed within 2 working days.

For pre-order items, dispatch times, if not mentioned on the product page, vary between 2-4 weeks. Please get in touch with our team to know precise dispatch timelines. 

For local deliveries in Mumbai, we offer same day delivery only for prepaid orders if the order is placed by 12pm. Shipping charge of INR 250 will be levied for such deliveries.

At Aranqa, we are unable to offer returns due to the nature of making process of the jewellery and hygiene considerations. 

We offer exchanges only in the following cases: 

- Wrong product was shipped due to an error on our part

- The product received is defective or damaged

- Bangles in case of sizing issues on a chargeable basis.
