Return & Exchange Policy

At Aranqa, we are unable to offer returns due to the nature of our jewellery and hygiene considerations. We understand that choosing jewellery online can sometimes come with questions around size, fit or product details, which is why our team is always happy to assist you through a personalised video consultation. 

General Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was shipped due to an error on our part.
  • The product received is defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please email us at hello@aranqa.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video clearly showing the product and the defect or damage, where applicable.

For an exchange to be processed:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All product tags must remain intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The exchange will be initiated only after the product has been received by Aranqa and approved by our Quality Check team.

Size Exchanges for Bangles

Size exchanges are available once per order for bangles.

A ₹300 charge will apply for all exchange requests. Under this, customers are required to self-ship the product to us and must be delivered within 15 days. Once we receive the product, we will complete the QC and deliver your replacement product, if in stock, within 10 days. 

If you would like Aranqa to arrange logistics both ways, a ₹500 charge will apply. In this case, the entire process, from pickup to delivery of replacement piece, can take upto 30 days. However, this option is subject to courier availability. 

Product Availability

Exchange is initiated only once the QC is approved. If the requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange, we will issue Aranqa store credit valid for up to 3 months.
