Refund policy

We do not offer returns. If you have concerns about the product/quality/sizing, our team can help you via video consultation. 

We offer exchanges only if we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item. 

To do so, please email us at hello@aranqa.com providing an unboxing video clearly showing product and the damage, if applicable, within 24 hours of delivery. All product tags must remain intact and the product should be handed over in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.

Exchange will only be initiated once products are received by us and the Quality check team approves the same.

In case of non-availability of product during exchange, the customer will be offered store credit with validity of upto 6 months

In case of a size exchange (for bangles), INR 300 rupee reverse pickup charge will be levied. Size exchange can happen once per order.
