Each product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery on plating/polishing. The warranty does not cover jewellery from the Between Events Collection. Reach-out to our team for plating retouch services at an additional cost.

All repairs can be undertaken at a cost subject to the nature of repair and availability of raw materials.
