Shipping policy

Prices are inclusive of all taxes, packaging and handling. 

All in-stock and ready to ship Items are delivered within 7-10 days in India, depending on the location.

For local deliveries in Mumbai, we offer same day delivery only for prepaid orders if the order is placed by 12pm. Shipping charge of INR 200 will be levied for such deliveries.

All prices on the website are inclusive of GST.

PAYMENT

Within India
Both COD and prepaid options are available. A standard charge of Rs.150 will be levied for all domestic Cash On Delivery (COD) orders. 

For Other Countries
Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipping.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • Orders placed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Business days at Aranqa are Monday to Saturday.

  • Orders placed on Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

  • In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after your order has been placed, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the situation and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

  • All Out of stock/Pre-order/Made to order items are shipped within 6-8 weeks from the date of order.

  • If you wish to expedite an order, kindly email hello@aranqa.com with your Order ID and we will try our best to ensure timely delivery.

  • All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

  • For all international orders, products are dispatched in 3-5 business days. Our team will get in touch with you incase any clarifications are needed.

  • We work with the among the best courier partners in India such as BlueDart to ensure secure delivery. Please note that we cannot control the delivery time of the orders. The courier company makes 3 attempts to deliver the order and you will receive a message when your order is out for delivery. However, we shall not be liable if you continue to remain unavailable across 3 attempts to receive your order. Incase you remain unavailable and the order comes back to us, we can ship it again provided that the customer bears a shipping cost of INR 200. If you chose not to take the order, you will be issued a credit note against the amount after adjusting for INR 200 (handling + restocking fees). 

DELIVERY TIME (Once shipped)

  • Domestic (India): 5-7 days

  • International: Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. On an average, delivery takes between 7-10 days once shipped.

SHIPPING ERRORS

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. For detailed information, please read our returns/exchange policy here. 

PACKAGING

We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature Aranqa packaging, making our products an excellent gifting choice. 


Please Note:

  • Items may be shipped separately.

  • The customer will be liable to pay all local taxes/duties if any.

  • We don’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
